ToR GBF Legal manager

The Agency for innovation, scientific and technological development and entrepreneurship is publishing a call for engaging an external expert - Legal Manager for the implementation of the Green Business Facility Grant Scheme project. The project is co-funded by the European Union.

The overall objective of this action is to support the Republic of North Macedonia to achieve the climate neutral goals set in the Green Agenda of Western Balkans by supporting investments in private companies toward environmentally sustainable practices.

The specific objective of this action is to operate a special “Greening Business“ facility as an investment vehicle to encourage SMEs to intensive adoption of environmentally sustainable practices in their operation and thus reduce their carbon footprint and reduce use of natural resources.

Interested candidates should submit the following documentation:

• CV in Europass format in English
• University Diploma (minimum bachelor degree in Law)
• Bar exam certificate
• Attorney-at-law license issued by the Bar Association
• Proof of work experience as required per ToR
• Financial offer
